Welcome to Rosewood Acres. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for visitors attending our events and purchasing our farm produce. By entering our farm, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Booking and Payment

Event Booking: Pre-booking is required for all events. Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance to secure your booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Event Cancellation: If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

Customer Cancellations: Event tickets are non refundable, but they are transferrable.

5. Liability

Personal Injury: Rosewood Acres is not liable for any personal injuries sustained on the premises. Visitors enter at their own risk.

Property Damage: Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, equipment, or animals.

6. Farm Produce Sales

Quality: We strive to provide high-quality produce. If you have any concerns about the products you purchase, please contact us immediately.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

Data Use: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for event bookings and farm-related communications. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Campsite
Thank you for choosing Rosewood Acres for your camping holiday.
We do our best to ensure that all our campers are able to enjoy their time with us with the best conditions we can offer.
Please read our campsite Terms and Conditions carefully, before booking.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Rosewood Acres.

ACCEPTANCE BY PAYMENT
By making a booking and submitting payment you are entering into a contract with Rosewood Acres and agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website or otherwise brought to your attention. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you submit a booking request and any such request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Bookings made directly with Rosewood Acres require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
Payments must be made by bank transfer when booking directly.
By making payment you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS​
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
No-shows will not be refunded.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Bell tent campers can check in from 3:00 PM.
Check out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
All guests must check in with a member of campsite staff upon arrival.

CAMPSITE RULES
One car per tent is permitted. Additional vehicles will incur a charge of £5 per night.
No dogs are allowed on site due to livestock.
BBQ's and fires must always be supervised by an adult.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near fires, BBQ's and throughout the campsite.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. No loud music is permitted
and quiet time is from10:00 PM.
Please do not allow your children to run between tents in the evening or disturb other sleeping guests.
Rosewood Acres reserves the right to terminate your stay without refund if the campsite rules are breached.​

FARM ACCESS & ANIMAL WELFARE
Rosewood Acres is a working farm.
Guests and visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the animal pens, enclosures, or fenced areas at any time.
Guests must not touch, feed, chase, harm, or disturb any animals on the farm.
Children must be properly supervised around all animals and farm areas.
Any behaviour that harms or distresses our animals will not be tolerated.
Breeches of this policy may result in immediate removal from the site without refund and, where necessary, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

WASTE & RECYCLING
Guests must take away all general waste and recyclables away with them when leaving.
As we are an off-grid eco farm, we do not have regular in collections.
A small compost caddy will be provided for food waste, which we will compost here on site.
DAMAGES & LIABILITY
We take great care in maintaining our bell tents and facilities to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests. By booking with Rosewood Acres, guests agree to treat all campsite property, including tents, furnishings, and amenities, with respect.

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or excessive mess caused during their stay.

The full cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning will be charged if necessary.

Any accidental damage should be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.

Rosewood Acres reserves the right to charge for damages after departure if discovered during inspection.

Guests should report any accidental damage as soon as possible to a member of staff.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Rosewood Acres a welcoming, well-maintained space for all visitors.

Rosewood Acres accepts no liability for loss or theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to ensure their own insurance policies cover camping equipment and valuable items away from home.
Guests stay at Rosewood Acres at their own risk, we do not accept responsibility for injury, loss or inconvenience caused by the weather, natural features (plants, trees, insects, animals), or wildlife, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

FORCE MAJEURE
Rosewood Acres is not liable for refunds or expenses incurred due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions, or unforeseen site closures.

BEHAVIOUR
Rosewood Acres reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay without refund for unacceptable behaviour, including excessive noise or disturbance to other guests, aggressive or unsafe conduct or failure to comply with site rules.
Guests are entirely responsible for their own property and the behaviour of their party at all times.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint, please speak to a member of staff.
MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHY
During your Rosewood Acres camping holiday, members of our staff may take promotional photographs of guests enjoying themselves for our website and social media such as Facebook or Instagram. We never reveal the names of any guests however if you would NOT like you or any of your family members to be displayed in any Rosewood Acres promotional material, please let us know.
